If you prefer to stay somewhere other than the Woodspur Lodge, please make your reservations ASAP! It is Jazz Fest in Winter Park on the weekend of the wedding, and places are filling up fast! If you are having trouble finding a place please contact us and we can help out.

Our rehearsal dinner will be at Smokin’ Moe’s in Downtown Winter Park at 6:00 PM on Friday the 14th of July.

We will be providing the food, family dining style (vegetarian options available). If you want to get drinks, you are welcome to do so on your own dime.

Thursday night Welcome Drinks and Bowling will be held at the Foundry Cinema and Bowl in Winter Park from 7-9pm. Your bowling and first drink are on us.  The Foundry does serve food if you come hungry.  Check out their menu on their website.

The wedding is in JULY not November as was written on the back of your save the date.  OUR BAD! You will receive another postcard (Version 2.0!) in the mail with the month corrected.

We have started our search for Rehearsal Dinner Venues.  Since it looks like we will have around 80-100 people, we will most likely have to rent out a whole restaurant. Yesterday, we quickly looked at The Ditch on 40 which looks really amazing!  They have a great big deck and it is walking distance (o.8 miles) from the Woodspur Lodge. We are also considering Azteca because that had long since been a favorite of ours but its a bit further away. I’ll keep you posted on the others that we go see.

Our save the dates are set to go out this week!  We used foreverfiances which uses “Eco-friendly, green, organic, new tree free, environmentally sound, socially responsible” 100% recycled paper.  Make sure to keep the cycle going and recycle these save the dates after the big event!
